SK or War - casual on Teal

Thanks for the perspective. The SK does fit what I'm looking for better and I'll stick it out with that. Troll SK is a pretty horrible combo for a low play time player, but I like trolls and couldn't see playing any other SK race. It's the race I'd choose for a warrior too. Plus, I'm not concerned with winning the race, just with getting to the part of the journey I enjoy best.

Well you get the troll penalty and a hybrid penalty as well. The warrior just gets the racial one.

That said, enjoy the journey. I remember seeing a SK soloing a sand giant on live during classic and almost lost my mind. Also saw one HT and smear a friend during a duel. The class was profoundly interesting and has been for 20 years (IMHO).

Of all the times in life to be a pragmatist don’t be one while playing an online RPG. If you are enjoying yourself keep going. Of not, try a different path.

SK if you want to bind at the firepots and enjoy the game with friends.

Warrior if you want to dominate raid content after classic duel wield light sabers and be the envy of everyone around.

Either is great, do both.

I leveled my P99 paladin in Kunark, so he had the xp penalty. I just looked at it as bonus quarters in the P99 arcade. Leveling and small groups is typically my favorite EQ experience.
