And it froze again, apperantely it's not the ui since it was a fresh install with nothing changed ! I tried looking for other eq directories and this is the only install i have. So it cant be mixing any other ui from a different location. I'm clueless here... Plz halp

I tried rescaling the chat, wasn't that either. I just discovered that when the game hangs, it doesnt autodisconnect me, the character only logs off the moment i hit ctr alt del. So i'm guessing it has something to do with the graphic drivers ?

Also, i only crash ONCE, after i crashed once and i don't reboot the pc. It doesn't seem to happen again. Seriously people i need some insights here... Any guess is welcome. Plzzzzzzzz

Could be an issue with your DirectX. Try installing/reinstalling DirectX 9c.

Doubt it helps but rather share than not. I had freeze issues because my melee window was too small.

Thanks guys, i tried rescaling the combat window but it didn't help. I'm reinstalling direct x as we speak. Again thank you for the input !!!
