Game Mechanics: Zone Loading ??

Didn't see this already posted...

Every time I go to a new zone, everything freezes up in one way or another, whether it black screens or it says (Not Responding) or whatever. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I'm running this on Windows 7, I don't know what could be the problem. Anyone else with the same issue, or know how to fix it? It's extremely frustrating to have to restart every time I enter a new zone.

Yeah, it happens on the wife's PC (she's actually still using XP!?) pretty often and mine running Vista64 on occasion. Not really running anything weird in terms of UI mods, not using vent, Firefox up in the background but doesn't seem to be an issue. The problem only manifests during zoning.

Also playing windowed.
