A friend of mine was dating a girl for a few months, and it was her b-day. He was pretty much broke at the time, so he did the only logical thing a guy could do when he doesn't have any money for his new gf.

He put on a ski mask and broke into her house and raped her. After he AND her was finished he removed the mask.

8 years later they are still happily married.

So look at it that way ladies, you may just meet the man of your dreams! And you all think rape is bad, pfff.

I understand this quiteee thoroughly. Except, I feel like I'm a force to be reckoned with, unarmed. Maybe I'm naive. But I think I could cause quite a bit of damage to an assailant.. provided they're engaging with nothing but hand-to-hand.. and maybe just meleean with a rusty dagger =\

I'm bringing in a small scope of reality, and in my opinion because you're afraid of being alone at night because there might be a "rapist" out there, you're probably afraid to be outside of white suburbia. I also don't believe I'm being racist by stating the fact that if I walk my 130 lb hipster ass through the WORST minority ghettos in the United States that'd I'd be cautious about being jumped because I'm white.

I've had a friend that was straight 5v1'd over on 44th and Emerson simply because he was white in a prominently black area, they pretty much ganged him over the color of his skin and made it apparent through use of slurs and telling him "You don't belong here whiteboy" so when girls ramble on about "You don't know what it's like to be victimized!" I call bullshit because there are some places I can go and won't make it out alive because the color of my skin.

Then again, I'm never in those areas because I don't routinely flash my iPod around high-crime areas, nor do I walk through gang-infested or minority ghettos acting like nothing is out of place

tbh, I was too busy dropping out of school because of family rape issues to go to the prom. ^_^

/shrug. the dangers of being a woman amongst men is a worldwide issue, and ghettos are only in certain backwards countries.
