Fill your pockets with various meats so the search dogs will find you first in the rubble

Run into the woods bring a mylar blanket to hide from good old boys in helicopters with night vision rounding up folks that won’t take the mark of the beast.

Live like a field mouse eat grubs and forage for berries and shit.

You Gotta do that for like 3 years.

Go to eat rats. You just got a hide you just Gotta stay in the mountains and hide and then in like three or four years Jesus shows up and smotes everyone and you get to live in peace and harmony for the next thousand years.

Learn to eat maggots and forage insects. Preserve food. Collect rainwater. Sanitize or filter water. Find herbs, antibiotics. And farm. Get over your fear of poop and blood. You can use a brush to clean yourself. Learn how to stay warm. Learn how to get minerals and salt. Chewng some plants can help.

Learn how to hide.

If you have to fight ur fucking up. Unless you want to fight to defend your tribe. Then still. Shoot first. From cover.

From there you can start to farm, build a cool house with its own heating. Hopefully by then you're in a tribe with games and rituals to keep you going.

Also, got my pixels in my head. So gg.

Cardboard helps vs IR.

Also glass.

Sleep lightly in small increments.
