Instead of rolling at the opening of the window, which has a ton of problems that can lead to complications, roll at the end of the window. At the end of the window, Angry will be up and the turn in can be completed at that time and everyone can still stay and kill Skargus. the fact that the spawn time is variable and can become unknown makes it practically impossible to have any set up other than roll on spawn, sadly. Ring 8 roll works as a fixed time roll because the spawn isn't variable, and although it drifts daily it's usually not too far before a quake.

You can't do a "roll on window open" for a variable spawn without a way to ensure that anyone who wants to roll can learn the timer, and a way to ensure that all parties rolling agree what the window is.

Current meta for angry is best it can be, imo.

Upon pop, all contestants must join a zoom video meeting for a game of 'soggy biscuit'.

The loser gets to eat the biscuit, I mean loot the item.
