yeah this bs is like the #1 reason why all the stigmas and moral opposition needs to stop

personally i don't care what legal adult fucks whatever legal adult

but when you force people into hiding their true nature, they end up sexually repressed, mentally ill, and this just causes problems for society as a whole. the catholic church wouldn't be nearly as populated with gay dudes, if religious societies could recognize them as legit humans. Then they would have worked in jewelry sales or flight attendants, instead of trying to hide among the clergy where their lack of interest in women could be disguised as whatever pious bs they use to declare celibacy on religious grounds, when all they wanted in the first place was to touch other dude's wangs.
