Blam sticks should have a blank effect that was a fireball proc with no actual damage.

According to the people that have it (on the plane of mischief ezboard) the blank effect doesn't seem to do anything, BUT it makes a fire bolt effect, without damage.

So this has a "bolt" proc animation? That would be kind-of impressive if you were not 3 feet away from your target whenever it went off 8p
