Didn't he have like a metric ton of fentanyl in his system? Which is known for, ya know, killing people? He slowly passed out while speaking\yelling the whole time, so his airway clearly wasn't restricted, nor was it some type of bloodflow restriction like a choke in MMA, cause those make you pass out in a few seconds. It is way more plausible that he ate a large amount of fentanyl as the cops arrived to hide it, and then you watched an OD.

I think it’s safe to say the amount of fentanyl in his body could have possibly been life threatening if the choke didn’t kill him, especially if he ate a bunch to hide it as many criminals tend to do
