IDK if it's relevant, but I've gotten thrones off of A3 & A2 on the TLP servers going back 2+ years. IDK if it was originally like that though back on Velious release.

PoM had card drop rates boosted, there's a info about that specifically in one of these threads around here.

What a great bug report this post ended up being, really doesn't make sense why the OP is still banned...
