I didnt read all the posts, so it might be a double advice here.

But use inner fire to heal!! Its the best heal by far at lower levels, and if you do it right you can heal and med at the same time. The cast time is short enough to sit down between casts, and the buff is really cheap. I used inner fire to heal in groups way longer then lvl 15!
