I've been trying to approximate the number of Manastones that will drop on Green, and estimate how that will affect prices of Manastones on blue when the servers eventually merge.

Guises are a no-drop item mainly used for its "fun factor". The Manastone and its camp are the embodiment of greed made into pixel form

Yeah. Though I always wanted to use a manastone on a Cleric or Druid. I wanted to see how good it feels ;D It's gotta be amazing to Manastone and then cast free CH from BP... but in classic zones only.

That's why I'd like to try to get one myself, I think that a manastone would speed up leveling a druid and/or cleric alt and make it different and enjoyable enough that it's not totally overwhelming to get done by the time Kunark rolls around.

I got my (45 ish then) cleric full HP gear and a manastone and went to Lower Guk to see how goes.

It works, you can solo. It's still 10x slower than duoing with an enc though. Pretty boring, too.

And if you want to be efficient, you need to stone down to like no HP, which means you're dependent on noone training any kind of mob near you as you will get low hp aggro and insta die.

I can definitely attest to quad kiting as a druid being much better at 34 when you have a manastone in your pocket. All hail Andain

How much do you think manastone prices will be when the servers merge? Assuming they're like 600-800k today, will they drop to 300k?

But the servers will merge again and again and again... Just calculate how many manastones will arrive on Blue over the next 127 years. You will have to give people money just to get rid of your manastones.
