Default Phinigel Autropos shouldn't drop the bard backbone yet

According to an Allakhazam post from February 16, 2000 on the Phinigel Autropos page:

Quote:
His method of loading loot is same as dragons - 1-3 total items, randomly chosen from a pool of Rods of Malisement, Wands of Mana Sieving, Robes of the Kedge, Staves of Elemental Mastery: Water and Tridents of the Seven Seas. Trident seems to be the rarest loot. All the items are lore, no drop.
It stands to reason that an item that exists only to be turned in as part of an epic quest wouldn't exist before those same quests.

This bug report is posted in the hopes that people will not get their Kedge Backbone deleted when Kunark opens.

Edit: gah, I don't think this is the right category.

Er, I'm confused. If the backbone shouldn't be dropped then it's going to get deleted when epic quests arrive because it shouldn't have been able to be obtained before then.

If you didn't want people to get them deleted when the epic quests show up then you might not have wanted to flag this lol

In the hopes that dozens of bard epic backbones just fly under the staff's radar? The staff is smarter than that. They knew already.

Just look at the example of SolRo quest items, ALL of which were deleted at SolRo launch. If only someone had begged the staff to remove those sooner. Or did someone report all those items? I do not know.

Plus, it'll be better if we get permanent robes for clothies, staves for wizards and mages, and tridents for rogues.
