Default character_servre.ini question

Hey does anyone know where this saves to if the game doesnt have permission to save in program files? There is a Char_server.ini in my everquest folder but its not the right one, I've searched all over but cant find the one that the game is loading from

If I run the game as admin, then it loads from the one in my actual program files/sony/everquest folder, but then obviously all my hotkeys/friend list etc are all completely different

Running windows 7

Can you sign on as the administrator each time? That's probably the easiest way out of it...then save a new UI file in game?

Next to that, can you change the folder permissions? I'm still on Vista, not seen the light of Windows 7 or 8..

Hit windows button and in the search bar search for your characters name. It should show you all the files that have toons name including the ini files.
