Spells: more bard song probs

Did a bit more testing, coming to the same conclusion as my original statement. Happened with multiple songs, specifically for the time I tested with Anthem and Warsong. Pretty sure it's some type of issue with the removal of the bard song.

Do bards get items that lower casting times for songs?

It looks like the casting time is just long enough, that you cannot keep 4 songs going. I am not sure if there are any other mechanics involved, but I will see what I can figure out.

Bards never get an item that allows that.

But to answer you even though you didn't really ask..

Twisting 4 songs is assuming that at every point before the 4th song ends you will be twisting 3 songs, but you are getting about 3 seconds of a 4 twist so its worth it.
