Miscellaneous: Faction Issue - Findlegrob and friends

I was doing the clay bracelet quest for my Mage and noticed that both Bindlegrob, and Sindlegrob were indifferent before I started the quest. I killed them both and then later in the evening logged back in to finish the trio. When I conned Findlegrob he was apprehensive.

So I decided to see if I took a faction hit at the end of killing Findlegrob, and what would you know I took a faction hit to "Class41". I haven't found any in era (or out of era) evidence of them being on any particular faction and in fact the only thing I could find were mentions of them being indifferent (or higher):

So it looks like at the very least the faction hit on killing them should be removed but it also looks like they should assist the undead that surround the tower. Currently they are not doing that as I was single pulling each of the undead before killing them off.

Check Sindlegrob's comments and you'll see class41. They should be assisting kos mobs in area.
