Post Plane of Hate teleportation pad

According to the patch note archives, Plane of Hate should receive a teleportation pad out (to aid melees who cannot gate)

- https://everquest.allakhazam.com/his...es-2000-1.html

- A teleporter has been placed within the Plane of Hate in order to
give non-casters a way out of the zone besides death, potion, or group
teleport.

you didn't finish reading those patch notes, further down in the addendum:

Quote:
- A bug exists within the Plane of Hate that sometimes causes people to be transported to an inactive portion of the zone, from which there is no exit. A teleporter has been placed within this area to transport people who are trapped back to the entrance of Hate.

I covered this one already in another bug thread way back, the teleporter was just for people stuck on 2nd floor, it was never a functional way for people to leave the zone in normal times.

Is this the druid ring on floor2? if so it does nothing in my experience on red currently. Or, I don't know how to use it.
