Crashed when Zoning to Dreadlands

Hello,

I got the above issue.

When I click character to enter world it tries to load then I receive a black screen with the words "Server is not responding" and will be kicked. The everquest screen when your character is loading doesnt even come up.

When I am kicked to login, after keying in username and password again and try to enter server it will then say I have an active character online

I dont have issues with all the other zones including this 2 Kunark Zones ( Overthere, Karnor, not sure about the rest as I havent been there recently) and more then one character has the issue.

I have done a fresh installation of the titanium client on a new laptop and the issue remains the same. The only files I imported from the old one to the new one is these files (Charname_project1999.ini).

Could someone kindly advise? Kindly see the below log
