Everyone has a different idea of what is and isn't "classic." And this is understandable because every few days post-release there was a big patch that changed the game in some way. So one person's "classic" includes horrible bugs and exploits, another guy recognizes those bugs as such, but only regards "classic" as existing between patches 3 and 5... etc. And of course you have the cognitive dissonance of people who want all the stuff that made their chosen class powerful, with none of the limitations that hinder them. "Classic is only the stuff that helped me"

Lmao. Too true. Personally, I don't really care whether we went classic or not, but I do think it should ideally be 100% one way or the other rather than the selectively classic experience we have today.

Classic as nothing to do with patches, bugs, exploits, fix, etc.

It refers to the period between launch and velious era (included)
The game we all lived to play.

Bugs and fixes are just that, completly irrelevent in the experience.

The most important parts of P99 are:

1. Effective anti-cheat systems
2. Single-boxing enforcement
3. Large population

Classic is kind of boring, and I'd personally prefer if the staff released custom content in the future instead of locking the server into classic releases. P99 is fun and well run though.

The idea of it all is great. Spawns need to be turned up 100x to make the game fun. Sitting for 10 minutes and killing a few mobs then sitting because 7 groups are camping the same thing as you gets old.
