Iksar Monk wants to make fish rolls

Long ago I received a significant number of fish rolls. Although I hit the forage button as often as I remembered to those fish rolls are sadly gone. They were truely wonderful simply because of their weight. Although rations don't weigh a lot they do weigh more than fish rolls.

So this got me to thinking, why not just make my own? Simple recipe, low trivial, cheap to boot. This is all fine and well except as an iksar there's nowhere to purchase fresh fish. Is there a merchant that will sell fresh fish to an iksar? Do I really have to farm faction to purchase it? sit on a dock somewhere to catch fish and make fish rolls?

Suggestions would be great.
