Help needed please

I have had some trouble with logging into the game while in a Kunark zone and I have come to the conclusion it started when I switched my internet over to Exede high speed Satellite internet. The game is completely playable, my ping is a little higher coming in around 700ms. In old zones I have no trouble logging into the game, but in Kunark zones I have one heck of a time, I will get in eventually but it takes HOURS sometimes.....what happens is I log in, pick the server and pick my character in the kunark zone and it goes to the splash screen/plays music for about a minute and bloop I get dropped back out to the log in screen. I think what happens is the game times out because of the slower pings, so would someone please tell me if there is a file I can edit to have the game hold longer before kicking me to the log in screen?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

btw when I eventually do get in, everything plays fine so I am pretty sure this is the issue.

Your signal is probably just not quick enough to send the info fast enough for the login servers. Nothing you can edit to help that.
