Already stated staff does not want this . Wants to figure out a way to fix red before making a brand new one that will fall in the same place for the same people that lose or have sold off cry for a merge/new server.

Merge blue in to red. Let blue people keep their non pvp flags. New characters are created without pvp flags. Add PoDs. Rename red to blue.
