https://www.calculator.net/body-fat-calculator.html

I selected female because of hormone profile.

I don't think my bones are that far out of the potential range of a female. Maybe a little.

Pelvis is very male though. With hrt. I have different musculature there then I did before. I know males not on hrt with more feminine pelvis, so could be a lot of heritable factors there.

BMI can change while weight remains the same.

Seems sorta correct for you.

I got really sick prior to transition. So I had major problems from that. Still a long way from feeling fully recovered. Afraid of slipping back.

Neurological / mind / thoughtful / observing / mindful is a really big deal with physical well-being. Sick and depressed people will atrophy and whither with an up hill battle as their bodies shut down and die.

Some psychiatric medications help combat this with central nervous system simulation, enervation. Though that can lead to other disorders.

This is why a holistic approach is helpful in ensuring the cells have health as well as the whole person.

Magnesium. Potassium. Zinc. We are very electrical.

Navy doesn’t account for weight just inches. BMI thinks I’m extremely fat... what’s my take away here? Over 27 BMI, please advise.

It is neat. Reminds me I need to re-measure tonight, I feel like I changed a lot again.

Lol sorry.

When I was in I was heavy enough to fail weight by like half an lb but made tape (measure). I think using weight hieght is really inaccurate. Like. Really.

Measuring is better. None are, like as accurate as using displacement.

I was pretty strong.

BMI is pretty bad for individuals, but if that’s off for me does that mean I’m really muscular or something? Am I legitimately big boned?

I saw a study that says mtf gain about +4% body fat in the first year...

Well dammit that probably explains why I plateaued so hard at 190. Guess it’s time to do some squats etc.
