Default Windows 7 chat windows

I just recently bought a laptop that is running 7 and threw eq on it. However, the chat windows are looking funky, like they have lines cutting across them which cuts of the bottom tenth or so of each letter.

Anyone have any clue how I could resolve this?

I have the same issues with certain monitors. Its just in the display its like theres wrinkles which crunch up a millimeters worth of pixels about ever 3 inches up and down the screen. No idea about it, I dont even notice anymore

Sometimes the resolution of your window will randomly change slightly and you have to select it again from the options. This can result in some things looking "wrinkled."

Might not be it but just a suggestion.
