Lake of ILL Omen boots me back to login screen.

My characters name is Prometheeus on the blue server. As soon as I hit level 5 I decided to head to Lake of ILL Omen and continue my journey. As soon as I went to zone in for the very first time I got booted back to login screen. Well I cannot figure out what to do because I have tried to login at least 10 different times and it just boots me back to the login screen every time after about a 30 second delay. So I made another monk but human instead of iksar this time to avoid that zone. I'm worried this will possibly happen to me again with another random zone and end up making me lose all my progress since I cannot use the character until the issue is resolved. I have only had this problem thus far with LOIO and I need to know if there is some way I can fix this issue on my end or if there is a way for someone to get my iksar monk out of that zone.

when you installed did you remove the files you were asked to remove?

arena.eqg
arena_EnvironmentEmitters.txt
lavastorm.eqg
nektulos.eqg
Nektulos_EnvironmentEmitters.txt

Failure to delete these files will result in problems accessing certain zones.

Well I went ahead and deleted the other 2 nektulos files and things are running smooth now... ��
