Wiki updated. Now we just need to watch out if this is actually a bug and will be changed to Roanis at some point.

Gesticulation quest is currently given by Frederic Calermin.

I see a post on allakhazam where they changed their info in 2017, based on comments about Frederic not accepting hazy opal.

If this quest should be Roanis, we can change it.

Any more evidence/research would be appreciated.
