Same issue is happening with Xalgoz' guardians in his Church in Kaesora. They're spawning on top of the church instead of to his sides.

Axe broadsword or whoever is in the hut next to Hadden in Qeynos hills is spawning ontop of the roof of the hut as well.

Issue(s) with npcs on top of structures should be fixed with next patch.
