Trump might improve his mental health by just admitting almost any president would be out on his ass after covid. As if there is a single thing any president could have done to make people happy with the covid response.

Now I don't he did do a particularly good job. But given how similar everything is to the Biden administration -- I have a feeling these plans were mostly handled by powers outside the purview of the president.

It would at least improve his followers psychology on the matter. We literally took away all the barriers to voting after a giant crisis. No, its not all that unbelievable Joe Biden got more votes then normal in many areas.
