BARDS: Npc's not fleeing at low hp
BARDS: Npc's not fleeing at low hp, when mobs get low they should flee in many cases.... Instead they fight to the death if a bard is involved.
Not classic needs fix asap

If killing multiple mobs on same faction/mob type (tigers for instance) only the last one alive will flee.
Unless you're actually talking a bard npc types. Then I'm not sure.

Are other mobs of similar faction nearby through walls? If this is the case, mobs won't run. They may need to decrease the assist distance I think.
