Something I learned while enchanting is gnome form to see thru walls and use /target command to either paci/ bind sight/ lull pull. If you spend time in the area, setting up hotbuttons with multiple /tar_name_of_mob helps cycling thru walls tremendoulsy and control the zone like a pro.
It just works wonder for tricky pulls and making your way thru dangerous zones litterally anywhere

A lot of necros don't realize that if you have two mobs next to each other, and you root one on its spawn point and FD when its friend is out of social range that the rooted mob will forget you when you stand - because it is already 'back' to its spawn point.

In a similar vein, fearing (or blinding) a mob and FDing will make it run around like mad, probably far away from where its friends are - perhaps to where you have a pet already parked.

Some don't realize that Screaming Terror has a chance to memblur, and fewer realize that Rest the Dead does, as well. I believe higher CHA increases the chance.

Sight Graft doesn't just work on pets - fool around with targeting tricks while you are casting it.

Beg can work (and crit fail) through walls.

Not related to xp as much as farming but if you shrink twice and put your face into a door then camp out/in, when you come back in you can start running forward into the door, click a stalking probe and then remove the buff when it begins the flash and the eye has started to move, you'll pop through the locked door. If you're a gnome then you don't need to log out, just cast an illusion or use an AoN for other classes who don't want to log out. Useful as a solo enchanter for places like seb crypt and howling stones.

Default As an insane Iksar Shaman

Getting the 2 fear necklaces was fun. Both vs undead and vs animals. ( if the wiki still isnt updated the 2nd quest is fixed. I was the first to do it after the fix afaik )
Proc Proc Proc
I used every procing item a shm could use - minus the snare spear from VP - Scourge the Hammer of the Scrounge proc's a DoT BEFORE we can cast it- does amazing !

Snare? Easy peeezy. Stone brunt mountain give kitty the bag of bone dice from the prince doggo . Bam 4 charge snare non lore fill bags.
While there snag the stun totems - fill bags

Fear stun and snare

Add your doggo for spice.

Hmm canni hurt- need free blood? Get the 1hb that proc's life tap - club of the garou?

Using the undead fear clickie - kill any undead wiz types eaaaaasssssyyyyy -
Fear breaks the cast 100% and fear click is 2.0 sec no cool down spamable.

Break into the PoM GM room.

Kill a GM.

Fun stuff.

Haha, that's great.

Some fun with Theft of Thought:

- When fighting Cliff Golems you can pull a Skorpikis from the valley and keep it entranced as a permanent ToT target.
- You can cast a ToT through a rez and get the mana on the other side, same timing as buffing through a rez.
- Duel someone who doesn't need their mana and take it.

Resurrecting this gem of a thread: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=330966

What are some of the fun things you've done (solo or duo preferably) that aren't the typical XP or farming experience? Anything that involved a bit of lateral thinking. Not necessarily exploits, just ways of interacting with the game mechanics that aren't so obvious.

What are your faves?
here's a fun and simple trick to get teens enchanter some starting plat and quick easy exp

go to OOT and charm this cool looking npc that backstabs

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Take her over to the SF island to get a sow because there's always someone there with sow. Or hopefully there is a druid camping the spec's on the garg isle.

- take sowed back staber pet to garg island and cast fear on gargs, and have her race around and back stab them.
- bonus if you keep her below 20% she runs when breaking so you can charm her as early as it can land for max exp cons (lvl 18 or so, she is 20 iirc) because she will run when charm breaks (just dont lose her circling the island looking for gargs or skells)
- she easily 1 shots skells that you just face agro
- does good work is powerful and cool looking
- good pet

But this got me a few k in garg eyes I think 18-22 is the optimal range I reckon.
