Im super surprised it got the +HP and AC upgrade it did, thats game changing update for this item

Will sapper and Wave crasher slow % were reported early on in Velious dev process. And we're deemed to go in as post nerf for balance issues.

Wave crasher started as 70% cold based.
Will sapper was 50% magic based.

That picture at top isn't from may 2001, it has gem slot...Link says that particular picture was uploaded 11/27/2008.
