Tonight,
<Azure Guard> pulled off something truly remarkable, something that has NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE - Tunare, the goddess of Plane of Growth, was killed with an entire zone wide kite. Many, many, high end guilds that I have personally been a part of have tried this and failed, from <Rampage>, to <Awakened>, to <Aftermath> and more. In case you aren't aware how this works, gods such as Cazic Thule and Tunare call every mob in the zone to their aid. Since Velious release guilds have spent anywhere from 4 to 11 hours clearing the entire zone, only to get a chance at killing Tunare. Today, that era is over. <Azure Guard> has done the impossible through strategy and fellowship. Once in a great while meta shifting events occur here and it is really neat to be a part of that experience. It is a testament to the game Everquest itself and P99 how strategies can still optimized even in 2020 to keep evolving. Hats off to the officers and tacticians who theory quested this plane of growth no-clear Tunare reality in to existence. Congratz <Azure Guard>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
