Connection Issue

The game froze while zoning into EC from WC and now I can't get back to the character selection screen. I can log in normally to the server select screen but when I select Green and hit Play, it freezes up for about a minute and then kicks me back to the login screen with this error (attached image).

I didn't change anything, and I've been playing on the server just fine for days. I'm wondering what the issue could be? I've tried different connection methods, I've restarted the computer, I've restarted the virtual versions of Windows I've been playing on (macbook using Parallels Desktop), and I've re-installed the P99 files from the version 57 packet on the install page. Nothing has worked.

Try it from your hotspot or a vpn to rule out a network issue.
