Missing scenery

Finally got the game installed come to log in and all the scenery is missing NPCs are there music is playing but my character looks like hes floating in the sky! Any help please?

In a particular zone or have you attempted to start characters in different starting cities?

Problem solved seems i had overritten the patch files. re installed and all is working!
