Client file outdated?

Hey everyone, returning player after an extremely long assignment at work. (Don't know if anyone will remember me or not.)

Regardless,

I did my titanium install and ran duxa's installer, downloaded the p99files36.zip and copy/pasted just as before.

I get to the log in screen and it's saying my client is outdated?
