so i have a 53 monk, if i came back is there enough population to lvl up still? ive been doing karnors mainly for awhile, so just wondering

There's consistently been 1-2 groups of low to mid 50's in KC the past couple of nights.

if you're struggling to find groups in KC, go check out the Hole. ZEM changes earlier in the year have made the Hole the best place to find pick up groups 50+. zone is huge, and can easily support like 5 or 6 (maybe more) full groups. Get in a good group that can keep the pace up, and the XP is pretty great.
