That page is not an exhaustive list of greedy merchants. All the OT vendors qualify. I'd update it but Rahvin doesn't like me touching the wiki.

That list is also misleading because it says Iksar vendors are not greedy, but the Iksar vendors in Overthere and Dreadlands are greedy.

I believe every vendor in Kunark is greedy with the exception of:

1. Firiona Vie Outpost
2. Lake of Ill Omen Windmill
3. Cabilis
