Default No 3d Devices Found!

So i kept getting a blue screen in eq, I've updated my drivers and now upon launching Proj1999 i'm getting a No 3d Devices Found message.

Did you make sure to download the correct video driver?

Any info on what system you're using? (specifically graphics card)

Try running dxdiag in Windows to see diagnostics on 3D devices, they may be turned off or at least it'll give you some clues...

Every time I Ctrl+Alt+Del out of the game I get the same thing.

Dxdiag shows the DirectX features to be disabled and/or uninstalled. Somehow the game is making my DirectX poof.

My pc is acting slow as hell now. I can't scroll down a simple text file without it appearing to be in "sheets" like extreme FPS lag.

edit: Updating Catalyst drivers now, hopefully it solves the issue. If not, a reboot usually does.
