Default auto capitalize sentences in chat

I remember in classic whenever I received tells (or maybe all messages?) the first letter would always be capitalized. I saw on someone's stream just now they had that active on their client.

Anyone know where that option or what command that is? I tried searching for it, but my search-fu isn't that good.

I believe this happens if you are using IM-style Tell windows. You can turn them on in Options on the General page I think.

This dude seems to have it capitalizing all incoming messages from guild and group, no tell windows, etc.

This is from his twitch and on my screen (same guild) every first letter is lower case:
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

plz help I want this classic feature
