Game Mechanics: Chief Goonda (Shaman npc) harm touches

The lv 30ish ogre shaman mob Chief Goonda in East Karanas casts a harm touch in addition to casting shaman spells.

I didn't catch it in logs this time but I'll flip it on next time it spawns and add it to this thread.

Yep can confirm he Harm Touches not sure if this is a classic bug and he harm touched back in the day or if this is new with green.

noticed that the image on the wiki https://wiki.project1999.com/Chief_Goonda has him walking around with a 1hs whip and a skele pet

maybe he really was an sk in classic and the ht flag is legit? but he's still casting spells like envenomed breath and nuke that gives me slams by frost rift + walks around with a wolf shaman pet both at sow speed

he noticeably never heals himself, too

Just logged a fight where I stood close enough for him to do the HT, then backed off and stayed in range of spells to see what he casts.

after doing his dual class sk/sham stuff, he just rots away without trying to heal himself at all. in before someone tells me this is all normal and how it works on blue/classic. if this really is a bug, hope this helps
