Lagging out on green

Hey - Im not really sure if this is the right place to post this but, I am having really bad lag issues on green while in plane of fear. And it only seems to be happening in this zone. Im playing on blue at the same time and not having the same issue. I cant see the mobs on screen or some are just stuck spinning in circles. Only seems to be happening on green while in plane of fear. I thought it was my isp but everything else seems to be working fine while this is happening.

Any tips / suggestions?
