Apostrophe key issue.
So, my apostrophe key does not work in game, I cannot type ' or " in chat.
I thought maybe the key was broken because my laptop is super old. Nope, it works fine in any other program on my computer. So I check to see if it's somehow bound to something in game that would prevent it from working while typing in chat. Nope it's not currently bound to anything. Oddly enough, when I hit the apostrophe key in the key bind screen it registers as the ? key below it. So I double check the ? Key to see if they somehow got switched. Nope, it also registers as ?. No clue what would cause this. Anyone know what would cause a key to remap itself for a single program, and how do I fix that if there is no obvious way of doing so in game?

I am very interested in this post as the same has happened with my keyboard!
Has been happening for 6-8 weeks now though I also have no [ as well. Have tried another keyboard, re-installed Win10, re-installed Titanium, checked my language and region settings, and crawled all over the Web. As yet with no solution [You must be logged in to view images. Looking forward to hearing from someone and meanwhile the quest will continue.

I forget the exact fix but its something like go into the control panel and under keyboard devices there is one you have to delete or change it to.

Check Windows language settings. Do you have any IME's installed?

Re-booted and found there were three 'HID Keyboard Device' drivers but I have not deleted any of them. Loaded up EQ and both the ' and [ were back!
