I need information on two things to understand all these posts please. What is a RoA? Secondly.. what is LNS? Referring to Azrael calling LNS from Karnors?

It doesn't drop anymore and hasn't for a long time, so it is unlikely that most people would have access to one. Very op'd for ench vs. ench.

RoA should obviously not be allowed in BotB, completely trivializes the event (but hey, they let rogues use throwing boulders!) Rulings are top notch around p99.

windstriker wasn't allowed at the red server ranger botb because the GMs realized how retarded of an item it was

although, p much every single one of the events has been ruined by some dumb rule
