Zone Issue HELP

About 30% of time when i zone in game it freeze at the Everquest girl and it like zoning forever.

I Searched alot about this issue and i found it was related about CPU x6 X7 dual CPU etc.

Problem is , when i go in Task Manager i cannot Set Affinity because Titanium.bat is not an Exe.

Is there a way i an make Titanium.bat running with 1 core only???

HELP !
