Game starts but tabs out when pressing anything

Since it's a fresh install I get the windows that want me to accept terms and agreements etc. While the window is responsive to hovering over buttons I can't actually press any. The game tabs out on click.

let us know the source of your install
are you using discs, isos or torrents?
what version of windows are you using?

sounds like you have a bad install or another windows application running
