Has the faction Citizens of Froststone been added? Is it possible to get faction while fighting in the zone?

There's a merchant and bank down there. Dwarves and gnome can use them. I believe killing Ry'Gorr is supposed to increase faction, but I'm not sure.

i think this was implemented luclin era, likely won't see it on this server. The only way to interact with the merchants is using sneak, or illusion/faction modifiers, possibly skeleton illusion as well.

Dwarves and Gnomes can use the merch/bank. The dwarves react BADLY to any non-player-race illusions. Don't try skelly.

Benevolence alone wasn't enough to let me merchant on my high elf enchanter. Gnome illusion did the trick, Benevolence on top of that didn't effect prices much if I remember correctly.

well atleast bankers never require a faction to use them. but it is needed to stop a kos mob from attacking you as you bank lol

Was thinking about killing there with my orge sk but if can't get rep and sell to the dwarfs would have to find another place.
