Spells: Lvl 16 enchanter: Breeze spell

Just got my chanter to 16 tonight and been really looking forward to Breeze. Checked both vendors in FV and OT and the spell is indeed missing on both of them. Bummer...

Just hit lvl 16 and cant find the spell for sales as of today in FV.

Breeze still cannot be obtained by any Enchanter who plays on this server.

Breeze is currently still missing/sold out from the vendors in both FV and OT =(

Hope they fix this soon.

Is this intentional or a confirmed bug? Will it work if the vendors are killed and respawned?

I saw some desperate enchanters offering hundreds of plat for the spell. Cant blame them though, its one of the reasons I waited to start my enchanter until after Kunark. I do hope that the spell will be fixed soon, but I will say that I will not petition online. The Developers are doing a great job. I dont feel that I should ever have the right to get angry at them because they are already giving up lots of time for me to be able to play for free anyway. Keep up the great work everyone. I will wait patiently.
