TO advance this further. DPS is not a problem with killing the content. It never will be. All the content outside of AoW and Tunare was killed day 1 of Velious. With Kunark gear and Kunark Weapons. The upgrades in this era that are most important and will continue to be important is what keeps your raid force alive the longest.
