Yea I'm suspecting they put those in their 35% and 20% versions from the get go.
With pure classic mechanics you could 70% Slow Avatar of War due to it being cold based. That would be maximum broken.

If they are going with nerfed versions of these weapons Breath of the Sea will be MR resist. Only thing changed on Willsapper is Slow percentage - 75% to 35% max
