NPC Spawn Issue: Groi Gutblade bugged

He and his PH won't spawn. If Wiki is correct, and it was before 2/10/19 patch, he spawns every 20 minutes on the hill. I've camped him before but now nothing spawns there. Patch notes say there was a "fix" with him but seems to have removed him and his PH entirely. I had a day off and killed all lions in the area and sat at the hill with no luck.

they prob made it more random spawn nodes as a static spawn point for him was not classic at all

Groi was walking around the KFC area the other day. Maybe him and the PHs just cover a lot more territory now

I've been racking up the rings while farming Quillmane. You can find him all the time east of KFC.

Maybe you've been spawning him for me.

I thought he was broken as well...I killed every lion on the East side and still couldn't get him to pop on top of his hill as he used to. I'll bet Kavious is right that he no longer just spawns on the hill or spawns elsewhere then wanders eventually making his way there? He used to just spawn on top of the hill there and wait for you to beat his ass after you killed the lion that roamed north up the wall.
